Yes! All new clients receive a complimentary custom landing page review and optimization (£200 value) when they sign up for any management package. This is included in your setup and helps ensure your campaigns convert from day one. 

We'll notify you when you're approaching your package limit and recommend upgrading to the next tier. For example, if you're on AI Starter (up to £1,500/month) and want to spend £2,000/month, we'll recommend upgrading to AI Growth. We never restrict your ad spend without discussing it with you first. 

Yes! You can upgrade at any time during your contract. Downgrades are available after your initial 3-month commitment. We'll work with you to find the right package for your current business needs and budget. 

Setup includes: Google Ads account audit, campaign structure design, keyword research, ad copywriting, conversion tracking setup, Google Tag Gateway configuration, landing page optimization, and initial campaign launch. Setup is completed within the first 7-10 days of signing your contract. 

Yes. Our management fees are separate from your Google Ads spend. You pay Google directly for your ad spend (via your own Google Ads account), and you pay us for managing and optimizing your campaigns. For example, if you're on the AI Growth package (£1,232/month) and spend £2,000/month on ads, your total monthly investment is £3,232 (£1,232 to us + £2,000 to Google). 

For accounts spending more than £7,500/month, we create tailored enterprise packages with custom pricing that reflects the complexity and strategic depth required. Book a consultation to discuss your specific needs, and we'll create a proposal designed for your business. 

Add-on services (AI Creative Studio £350/month, Video Campaign Management £500/month, Advanced Measurement £400/month) are optional and billed separately.
